When training no longer fits your current season — whether that’s due to injury, burnout, shifting priorities, or rebuilding postpartum — I guide you in building a routine that supports both performance and wellbeing.
Most of the people I work with are high-performing individuals who have trained hard before — competitive CrossFitters, active professionals, and postpartum high achievers — who don’t want to lose their edge, but need a more sustainable way to keep it.
As a former CrossFit Games athlete, Physical Therapist, and now a mom, I’ve lived both sides of high performance — the push for more, and the shift toward something more sustainable.
My coaching blends structured training with realistic habits, so fitness works with your life, not against it.

Individual coaching for those who want to get better, but have reached a plateau. We work on adjusting your workotus and habits so that you can recover better from training, in order to perform better.
This includes developing more healthy habits surrounding sleep, nutrition and training sometimes to get more active, or train in moderation. Can also involve coaching to finding more balance between work/life and the have to’s and get to’s.
We can help you find your sweet spot with training, eat better and create your own routine that works specifically for you in your unique circumstances.
Sustainable Weight Managment
Individual coaching for clients that desire to change and affect their their body-weight and adjust it with more than 10 lb / 4.4 kg both weight gain and weight loss.
We work on sustainable solutions so if you have given up on the “dieting” and “just eating less, working out more” or “ eating more to gain weight” type of methods and you are ready to try an approach that are science backed, and get you better results in the long term.

Getting Back on Track After Setback
Individual coaching is for those working on coming back from Injury, Pregnancy, Illness or other setbacks
Coaching here is aimed to bridge the gap from pain and limitations back to functioning well in the sport that you love. Building up your strength, endurance and movements in a progressive painfree way until you are back at a level that you are happy with.
