Is like Personal Training ++, through remote coaching I can assist clients with fulfilling their ambitions and dreams to manage their weight. We define this as the desire to lose or gain more than 10 lb or 4.4 kg of body weight. We approach this as a lifestyle change not a diet or short term fix.

This type of coaching combines nutrition, lifestyle and fitness coaching in one, providing you with support and online systems for accountability to help you achieve a change in your habits and behaviours.

Through our costume app, we will support you and guide you to make IT happen. Because we know it’s not the things we KNOW but the things WE DO that improve our health. And we are here to support you in making changes that you can stick to.

The benefits of remote coaching is that through the app, daily tasks and in app communication, you will get more support, guidance and resources than you would with personal training- for a lower price point, less commute and fewer scheduling problems.

The Thriving Lifestyle Coaching Method:

  • All new clients start with taking a deep dive into what your current life, habits, values, routines hopes and dreams - both the things that are working well for you and what you are not happy about.

  • From there we set up SMART goals about what you want to achieve, and then plan what changes and habits we need to work on in order to get there.

  • Dividing it even further into small steps and actions we ensure it’s both doable AND gets you the results you are looking for.

  • Check-In To follow up on your progress with your new habits with a Monthly / Bi-Weekly or Weekly with your Coach.

  • All Training programs are delivered through our own Building Thriving Lifestyles application, that integrates with Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch and more to keep all your health data in one convenient place.

  • This highly interactive platform also hosts your habit tracking, daily tasks and your training programs, where you have access to detailed tutorial videos on each movement, can comment, upload videos and photos on the workouts directly.

  • Join the thriving lifestyles community and have the option to join in on weekly office hours where you can connect with your coach for support and trouble shooting.

  • Last but not least the app features 2 way messaging function so we can stay in touch in a simple way on daily basis.


    All coaching packages are subscription based, can be cancelled 10 days before the end of your billing cycle. Invoices are sent out monthly and can be paid with bank transfer or an online transaction with any card/ visa/mastercard ect.

Weight Management Support Options


Option 1: (most popular)

Monthly Programming + Bi-Weekly 1:1 Sessions: 

This option is for you that need more support. If you’re struggling with training and/or nutrition in one way or another. This is ideal if you are going through changes in your life, and/or are having trouble establishing a training routine. With a firm but kind accountability partner (me), and a Bi-Weekly follow up and reflections on your progress I believe you can be successful.

This includes: Individualised Online Training Program, 2x Individual Online Consultation + support & feedback through APP.

Option 2: 

Monthly Programming + Monthly 1:1 Session:

If you are going through changes with training and/or nutrition and want a bit of support but you can go for longer period up to 4 weeks between feedback and sessions,. Then this is the perfect option for you. In addition to your programming and feedback on sessions, we’ll have a monthly call to continually track your progress and plan the next steps.

This includes: 

Individualised Programming, 1x Individual Online Consultation & guidance, support/ feedback through APP.

Option 3: 

Monthly Programming + Weekly 1:1 Sessions: 

This option is for you that need more support. If you’re struggling with training and/or nutrition in one way or another. This is ideal if you are having trouble establishing a your routine. With a firm but kind accountability partner (me), and a weekly follow up and reflections on your progress I believe you can be successful.

This includes: Individualised Online Training Program, 4x Individual Online Consultation + support & feedback through APP.
