You’ll receive fully individualized training and nutrition, bi-weekly coaching calls, and weekly check-ins to adjust your plan as your body and schedule evolve — along with ongoing support for recovery, performance, and long-term durability.

This is a hands-on coaching experience designed to help you rebuild, progress, and perform at a high level in a way that actually lasts.

🥈 ACCOUNTABILITY BUILDER

Accountability Builder is designed for busy professionals and former athletes who want structure, consistency, and steady progress — without the need for intensive coaching calls.

You’ll receive individualized training and nutrition built around your schedule, with regular check-ins and monthly coaching calls to adjust your plan as life evolves.

This level of support helps you stay consistent, build strength and capacity, and keep moving forward with a plan that fits your life.

🥉 GUIDED INDEPENDENCE

Guided Independence is for experienced trainees who want structured, high-quality programming and the flexibility to manage their training more independently.

You’ll receive individualized programming and nutrition guidance, with monthly check-ins to keep your plan aligned and progressing. Ongoing messaging support is available when needed, and coaching calls can be added if you want more input.

This is a great option if you value expert structure, but don’t require regular hands-on coaching.

How Coaching Works

We follow a simple structure:

Assess → Plan → Build → Reassess

  • Start off with Movement + Strength Assessment

  • Individualised program based on your current capacity that includes:

    • Daily mobility (10–15 min)

    • 1–3 focused strength sessions per week to improve imbalances

    • 1-3 mixed training sessions that do not provoke your symptoms and work on other fitness goals you might have

  • Ongoing adjustments based on how you respond

You don’t stop training.
You train smarter within your current capacity.
