Hi, I’m Coach Eik — and I help burned-out athletes rebuild their strength without breaking themselves.

I’m a former CrossFit Games athlete who’s been through the grind — the pressure, the performance, the injuries, the guilt of slowing down.

I know what it’s like to feel defined by intensity and unsure of who you are without it.

Today, I help high-achieving fitness enthusiasts like you recover from burnout, reconnect with movement, and rebuild a life that feels strong, calm, and clear — not just in the gym, but in your whole life.

With a background in physiotherapy, osteopathy, nutrition, and elite sport, I bring a unique lens to coaching: one that honors your body, your limits, and your goals — without punishing you for needing rest or change.

This includes developing more healthy habits surrounding sleep, nutrition and training sometimes to get more active, or train in moderation. Can also involve coaching to finding more balance between work/life and the have to’s and get to’s.

We can help you find your sweet spot with training, eat better and create your own routine that works specifically for you in your unique circumstances.


Sustainable Weight Managment

Coaching for clients that desire to change and affect their their body-weight and adjust it with more than 10 lb / 4.4 kg both weight gain and weight loss.

We work on sustainable solutions so if you have given up on the “dieting” and “just eating less, working out more” or “ eating more to gain weight” type of methods and you are ready to try an approach that are science backed, and get you better results in the long term.

Back on Track After Injury
