I have gathered some frequently asked questions for you as well as what you can expect from me as a Remote Coach

I have set aside time on all workdays to (try to) keep my inboxes at 0.

But I have a-lot of Inboxes to stay on top of. (14 last time I counted.)

That can be overwhelming at times so here is a guide on how you can navigate communications - so I don’t miss your inquiry.

WhatsApp: This is where you can send me any inquires and info regarding your programming or support.

To reduce response times I have help from a virtual assistant monitoring this inbox. She helps me with all general inquiries & I personally take care of replying to any direct questions at me.

My Work Hours - Response Times:

Generally speaking, I am available during office hours on weekdays. Weekends I am off and do not respond to inquiries.

I do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours maximum 48 hours.

But due to the nature of my work and variety of projects, my work hours vary from week to week, day to day. I can be fully occupied in an event & coaching early morning / mid day and late evening.

If its been more than 48 hours and I still haven’t gotten back to you please send me a nudge🙂

Quick Question - that is not a quick question. More like big changes & need for update in programming.

If anything big happens, and you are in need to revise your workout plan - make big changes or in need of advice on an issue.

Please book a session with me so I can give you my undivided attention, Either book your next session in earlier than planned OR use my special "add on" rate for 1:1 consultation.

Holidays & Freeze:

You and me, and everyone needs a holiday every now and then.

When I go on holidays, nothing happens, you probably won’t notice -and just continue to train as normally. You might experience slower response times on personal inquiries but my Assistant will be able to take care of all the basic things.

When You take time off, you have two options:

HOLIDAY WORKOUTS : Please inform me at least 7 days in advance of the dates you are travelling. So I can adjust your workout plan to body weight workouts or hotel gym workouts only.

FREEZE: Before you leave on holidays, inform me of the dates you wish to take off, and I will move your workouts around, and apply a discount to your next invoice corresponding to the amount of days you wish to take off.

Up/Downgrade of Package:

One thing is certain, things will change! And I want to be here for you when it happens.

So if you need MORE support than the current package you are on - or you feel like everything is smooth and you are ready to take more of the responsibility on your own shoulders.

All I ask is that you notify me of the changes 3 days before the end of your billing cycle so I can adjust your invoice.

Cancellations:

All good things do come to an end - and hopefully you reach your goals and wont need me anymore. Or maybe you just want to try something else.

Regardless, you can cancel your subscription at any point. Cut off is 10 days before the end of your billing-cycle to avoid auto renewal.

Your programming & 1:1 sessions remain active in the time you have left of your billing cycle.
